Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to perform job duties and comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and base scores for this position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly, at the start of the shift, review the work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies, complying with PPE requirements.
• Mix frosting, color frosting, make cones, load cones, frost cakes, and decorate cakes with colored frosting.
• Take orders, complete orders, and store orders in the bakery cooler.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
• Demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation work habits.
