Harmons in Holladay is seeking a Bakery Associate to maintain quality and inventory of fresh artisan breads. You will mix, shape, score, and bake breads, receive and store products, and provide exceptional customer service.

The role requires following precise recipes, ensuring pricing accuracy, and keeping the bakery area clean and organized. A high school diploma or GED and baking experience are preferred, with a food handler’s permit desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year baking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of baking procedures and times.
• Ability to read and follow a recipe.
• Basic math skills used to half or double recipes.
• Knowledge of baking procedures and times.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain quality and freshness of artisan breads.
• Mix, shape, score, and bake artisan breads.
• Verify pricing accuracy and signage for bakery items.
• Maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the bread counter.
• Ensure bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Follow recipes and techniques for Harmons’ artisan breads.
• Assist to ensure bakery success.
