A high school diploma or GED is preferred; one year baking experience helps. You should read and follow recipes, measure ingredients, manage inventory, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year baking experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit
• Able to read and follow recipes
• Basic math skills to scale recipes
• Knowledge of baking procedures and times
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Strong verbal and listening communication with customers and associates
• Self-directed with commitment to Harmons' mission
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Mix, shape, score, and bake artisan breads.
• Maintain quality standards and inventory for artisan bread counter.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and signage for artisan bread items.
• Provide excellent customer service daily.
• Follow recipes and techniques for baking Harmons' artisan breads.
