Harmons in the United States is seeking a Bakery Associate to maintain the quality and product levels of fresh baked artisan breads. You will mix, shape, score, and bake artisan breads, receive and store product, and provide exceptional customer service.

The role requires following exact recipes, strong organization, and effective communication with store teams and customers. Weekend/evening shifts may be required; full-time schedule is 37–40 hours per week.

• Follows store policies and procedures.
• Ensures quality and freshness of bakery products.
• Maintains artisan bread counter inventory and signage.
• Verifies pricing accuracy for artisan breads and ad items.
• Keeps bakery clean and sanitized daily.
• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers.
• Follows recipes for mixing, shaping, scoring, baking artisan breads.
• Assists to support bakery operations as needed.
