Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and some college preferred.
• One year of bakery experience preferred.
• Combination of education and training may satisfy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follows departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Ensures quality and freshness of all Bakery products and services.
• Maintains product assortment and inventory levels for the Bakery.
• Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, with attention to ad items.
• Keeps the Bakery clean and sanitized daily and meets company standards.
• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers.
• Writes the Bakery schedule to meet labor goals and supports the Bakery Manager.
