Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events.
• Maintains production modules in Datapax system.
• Provides excellent customer service and suggests add-on sales.
• Maintains signs and pricing; reports safety hazards.
