Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Baker to prepare Southern baked goods, keep production fresh and visually appealing, and support a fast-paced kitchen team. You will monitor ovens, manage inventory, and maintain clean, safe work areas to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

The ideal candidate has bakery or food service experience, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work efficiently is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a bakery or food service setting preferred, but basic culinary training or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of traditional Southern baked goods (cobblers, brownies, pies, cakes, rolls) according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure baked goods are produced timely and served fresh to guests.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times for consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of baking equipment and workspace per health and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management to ensure ingredients and supplies are stocked.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate schedules and production flow.
• Uphold a positive, team-oriented attitude with front-of-house staff.
• Sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils and communicate inventory/quality concerns.
