Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Baker to prepare a variety of traditional Southern baked goods and maintain high standards of quality and presentation. The role supports a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring freshness, proper stock, and adherence to safety practices.

The ideal candidate has basic culinary training or bakery experience, with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work 3pm–10pm, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be available between 3pm-10pm.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Prior bakery or food service experience preferred, basic training acceptable.
• Adherence to health and safety standards in food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure all baked items are fresh, properly stocked, and visually appealing.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times for consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace per health and safety rules.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production flow.
• Communicate inventory needs and quality concerns to management.
