Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products while decorating items such as cakes and special desserts.

You will maintain a clean and safe work area, rotate ingredients, and ensure products are well stocked and visually appealing. Customer questions, special orders, and friendly service are also part of the role in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts following established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products and decorate items such as cakes.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work area, rotate and label ingredients, and display products
• Assist customers with questions, take special orders, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting.
