Job summary

Albertsons Companies is looking for a dedicated Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts in a fast-paced bakery. You will measure, mix, shape, bake, and decorate items while maintaining clean, safe work areas and rotating ingredients for freshness.

You will support daily production planning, interact with customers for questions and special orders, and contribute to a positive shopping experience with efficient service and accurate displays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape and bake products; decorate cakes and specialty items.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and maintain safe food handling practices.
• Rotate and label ingredients; display products to ensure appealing cases.
• Collaborate with bakery team to plan daily production and assist customers with questions.
