Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring a Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts daily. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake while decorating items and ensuring quality. The role includes maintaining a clean workspace, stocking displays, and assisting customers with questions and special orders.

The position requires standing for long periods, working in a fast-paced bakery, and collaborating with the bakery team to meet production needs and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper ingredient labeling.
• Rotate stock and ensure visually appealing display cases.
• Assist customers with product questions and special orders.
