Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a friendly Baker to produce a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and desserts from established recipes. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake, decorate items, and keep a clean, safe workspace while ensuring top presentation in the display cases.

You will interact with customers, handle special orders, and help maintain daily bakery operations in a fast-paced setting, supporting teamwork and high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, bake, and decorate items as required.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, organized, and well‑stocked for service.
• Rotate and label ingredients; ensure cases are visually appealing and well stocked.
• Assist customers, answer questions, take special orders, and provide friendly service.
