Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a skilled Baker to join our Louisville, Kentucky kitchen on a part-time basis. The Baker will prepare a variety of baked goods, follow recipes, and work in a fast-paced culinary environment under the supervision of the Chef or General Manager.

Responsibilities include station prep, maintaining food quality and safety, operating ovens and related equipment, and providing friendly customer service during service periods. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bakery or pastry setting.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain product quality.
• Certification from culinary school or vocational training in baking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, steamers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain sanitation, proper food handling, and assist with inventory and station setup.
