This role involves checking quality, weighing ingredients, baking, decorating, dough shaping, and developing new recipes. The environment is kitchen-based with exposure to heat and equipment; prior customer service in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in similar role.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods.
• Set oven temperatures and bake items.
• Weigh flour or other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, or icings.
• Decorate baked goods such as cakes or pastries.
• Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form rolls, pies, tarts, cookies, or other products.
• Develop new recipes for baked goods.
