Training is provided, and reliability is essential for early shifts. Key duties include baking bagels, croissants, and muffins, brewing coffee, and setting up the case to brand standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Polite, professional manner with public and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications
• Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise to promote sales
• Promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives
• Prepare restaurant for opening by baking, brewing coffee, and other essential tasks for a seamless opening
• Arrive on time, as early as 3:00 A.M., depending on location
• Bake all necessary products (bagels, croissants, muffins)
• Set up donut case to brand standards before opening
• Brew all iced and hot coffee
• Prep all food for the next day
• Clean back room and baking area
• Hours: flexible; early mornings; part/full-time depending on availability
