Job summary

Aramark is seeking a bakery professional to bake and prepare a variety of foods per recipes and guidelines. You will set up workstations, measure ingredients, and operate ovens and mixers while adhering to safety policies.

Role requires understanding of food safety, basic math, and strong communication. You will maintain cleanliness, provide great guest service, and protect company assets on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a baker or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of baking methods, standards and food safety regulations.
• Requires food safety certification(s).
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Bakes and prepares a variety of food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, and mixing.
• Operates ovens, stoves, mixers, and other equipment.
• Safely uses a variety of utensils including knives.
• Stores food following safety policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
• Adheres to safety policies and protects company assets.
