We are seeking a highly skilled AI / Full Stack Engineer (FSE) Tech Lead to join our team for a healthcare-focused client engagement. This is a remote position with a strong emphasis on applied AI, backend development, and Azure-based AI services. The ideal candidate will have experience deploying generative AI solutions in production environments and possess strong technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and guide end-to-end AI solution delivery
• Create detailed technical stories and estimation plans
• Proactively identify and resolve technical roadblocks
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive the implementation of backend-focused AI applications
• Apply prompt engineering techniques with language models like OpenAI
• Deploy AI models and services using Microsoft Azure

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, ideally with AI projects
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with OpenAI, prompting, and language model deployment
• Backend development expertise; limited front-end work
