Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking an Off-Road Haul Truck Driver for the Butler Sand Plant in Butler, GA. This full-time role requires operating articulated and/or rigid haul trucks with a strong emphasis on safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Follow MSHA/Environmental regulations and company policies.

Position Summary

Rogers Group is currently seeking an Off-Road Haul Truck Driver based out of the Butler Sand Plant in Butler, GA. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating articulated and/or rigid frame haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

Job Details

• Wages start at $25.00 per hour
• Fulltime/Permanent
• 12-hour Days
• Weekend work may be required
• Overtime available along with medical and retirement benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks to move/relocate sand other material for mining operations.
• Perform daily pre-op and post-op inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Properly follow all company policies and MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating both rigid frame haul trucks and/or articulating haul trucks preferred.
• Ability to perform general laborer and clean-up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed/directed.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
