Job summary

You will monitor expenses, supervise staff, coordinate with front desk and engineering, and uphold 21c standards. Requires leadership, budgeting, and computer literacy; flexibility for shifts and events.

Qualifications

• Two to three full years of related housekeeping experience.
• Ability to supervise teams and delegate tasks.
• Ability to meet and maintain budget.
• Must be able to open/close or work any shift during special events.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping employees and train staff.
• Inspect daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety and accident loss prevention programs.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with front desk staff.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with Engineering to protect assets.
• Log items into Lost and Found and respond to inquiries.
• Assist Manager in monitoring payroll and supplies to control costs.
• Participate in special projects and committees.
• Be able to manage the department in absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
