Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at the Columbus- Powell location to build customer relationships and guide customers through custom framing solutions. You will help shoppers, process orders, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Responsibilities include operating the register, supporting Omni-channel processes, and following SOPs while promoting the company’s values and safety programs. This is a flexible retail role across shifts.

• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
