Artlogic is a leading technology platform for the art world with offices across London, New York, Atlanta, and Cape Town. The Client Liaison is an entry-level, global role handling day-to-day inquiries, onboarding new clients, and surfacing feedback to improve cross-team collaboration.

You could be a recent graduate or coming from a SaaS support background, bringing enthusiasm for art and technology, a customer-first mindset, and the energy to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Art, Art History, or related discipline.
• Experience in customer support, SaaS or a tech environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy and diplomacy.
• Trustworthy with confidential client data.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day email and phone support across Artlogic's full platforms via a shared team rota.
• Be the first point of contact for galleries, artists and collectors, resolving product questions and escalating complex issues.
• Deliver new client accounts and introduce them to our support team and set the tone for their experience.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base documentation.
• Support finance operations by handling billing or account-related queries as needed.
• Over time, build knowledge to a specialist level and provide support coverage across the team.
