Job summary

OpenArt offers a design-focused role shaping how millions express themselves with AI-powered visuals. You’ll own end-to-end UX, map user journeys, and craft interactions that make advanced tech feel human.

You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and research to prioritize features and refine experiences in a startup environment. Bay Area hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with visa sponsorship and relocation support.

What You'll Do

• Design the end-to-end UX for OpenArt products—from mapping user journeys to crafting clear and engaging interactions.


• Act as the bridge between product and design, translating user needs and product requirements into elegant flows and experiences.


• Partner with product, engineering, and research to define the product's direction and prioritize the most impactful features.


• Proactively think through different use cases and edge cases, anticipating user needs before they arise.

Hard Skills

• Strong background in UX design and product logic—you think in systems, flows, and user journeys.


• Ability to translate user research and feedback into clear requirements and intuitive designs.


• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows with tools like Figma or similar.


• Solid UI design skills—you can deliver polished outcomes, but UX and product thinking are your core strengths.
