Qualifications

• Entry-level role handling day-to-day email and phone inquiries across Artlogic's product suite.
• Ability to introduce new clients to the support team and set the tone for their experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day email and phone support across Artlogic's platforms via shared rota.
• Be the first point of contact for galleries, artists and collectors, resolving questions and escalating issues.
• Deliver new client accounts and introduce them to the support team and processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base documentation.
• Support finance operations by handling billing or account queries.
• Over time, build product knowledge to a specialist level for coverage.
