ArtVersion, a Chicago-based creative agency, is seeking a Director of Strategy & Growth to lead strategic initiatives, drive new business, and build lasting client partnerships. This hands-on role combines strategy, sales, and delivery to shape how clients' brands and digital ecosystems evolve.

You will guide discovery, design go-to-market approaches, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure value and measurable outcomes. A strategic, execution-minded leader is sought.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or revenue operations.
• Experience with AI, automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Highly self-driven with excellent communication and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with company objectives and long-term vision.

We work with organizations ranging from emerging startups to Fortune 500 leaders, helping them strengthen their brand and create digital experiences that move people to action.As we expand our Chicago office, we’re hiring a Director of Strategy & Growth to lead strategic initiatives, support digital transformation efforts, and build long-term client partnerships. This role directly contributes to how we grow as a firm and how our clients evolve their brands, platforms, and experiences.This is a hands-on business development role for someone who can build qualified pipeline, lead consultative sales conversations, and help convert the right opportunities into long-term client partnerships.At ArtVersion, design is strategy. This role lets you shape both how we grow and how our clients achieve clarity across their digital ecosystems. You’ll work with a collaborative, future-focused team that values initiative, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
