Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience or prior Blick employment.
• Proven sales performance and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales volume and uphold customer service standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key artists.
• Train staff and set experience standards in retail and framing.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and loss prevention.
