The ideal candidate has at least one year in retail management, a proven sales record, and proficiency with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, College preferred but not required.
• One year of previous retail management experience or one year of employment with Blick.
• Demonstrated superior sales performance throughout career.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel and daily operations as Assistant Manager.
• Ensure customer service standards and store policy adherence.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and payroll scheduling.
