Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver Blick’s customer commitment.
• Train staff and set customer experience standards in retail and framing.
• Provide customer service at the Custom Services desk.
• Assist Custom Services production as needed.
• Partner with GM to build relationships with artists and influencers.
• Direct and oversee store operations and inventory.
• Manage payroll and weekly scheduling.
• Interview candidates for open roles and resolve staff issues.
