Job summary

Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) seeks part-time faculty to develop and teach courses in the General Education Pathway. In-person instruction at MATC campuses, as well as online offerings, will occur during day, evening, or weekend hours.

Assignements are temporary and vary by course availability; this applicant pool is for spring 2027 with potential for course-based teaching across multiple sites. Start mid-January 2027.

Qualifications

• Requires a master's degree or higher in a Fine Arts discipline or graduate credits in Fine Arts.
• Must embrace Standards of Teaching Excellence and MATC Career Essentials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and deliver instruction and related teaching activities.
• Develop curriculum and monitor/course effectiveness; assist in program evaluation.
• Manage equipment, supplies and materials; assess student performance and advise.
