Job summary

Center for Creative Works is seeking a full-time Exhibitions and Art Sales Manager for our Progressive Art Studio in Wynnewood and Philadelphia. The role coordinates exhibition opportunities and expands sales opportunities for participant artists through fairs, galleries, and online platforms.

Responsibilities include building relationships with collectors and the arts community, curating shows, managing archives, and promoting the artists to elevate their professional practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of personal exhibition history or organizing exhibitions.
• Strong local arts network and knowledge of the arts community.
• Experience marketing artwork or related sales is preferred.
• Ability to connect with people at multiple levels and broker opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exhibitions and opportunities to showcase participant artists.
• Build relationships with collectors, galleries and arts organizations.
• Manage archive database and promote online visibility for artworks.
• Develop external sales through art fairs and events.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance professional development of artists.
