Job summary

Resources for Human Development seeks an Exhibitions and Art Sales Manager to create, coordinate, and sustain exhibition, sales, and visibility opportunities for CCW participant artists. This role develops strategies that elevate artists' work through exhibitions, licensing, and partnerships.

The EASM represents CCW in the arts community, builds relationships with galleries, museums, and collectors, and supports artists’ professional development while ensuring ongoing opportunities that boost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience organizing exhibitions, curating shows, marketing artwork, design licensing, or related arts administration experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and professional connections within the arts community.
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or gallery management preferred.
• Experience supporting artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities or knowledge of the Progressive Art Studio movement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with galleries, museums, businesses, and arts organizations to create inclusive exhibition and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate exhibitions, installations, and artist visibility projects.
• Manage artwork sales processes, records, inventories, and related financial documentation.
• Lead marketing, proposals, and grant submissions.
• Support artist professional development and program sustainability.
