Job summary

Napster is seeking a Product leader to own the Napster App roadmap end to end, collaborating with engineering, design, the agent team, and partnerships.

This early product in the AI crew space requires guiding onboarding for the first ten minutes and establishing the first month’s value, while coordinating three crews: music, productivity, and tutors. The role also drives partner distribution, activation, onboarding, and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Own the Napster App roadmap end to end: what gets built, what gets cut, what ships this sprint.
• Work directly with engineering, design, the agent team, and the Partnerships team on everything a partner's customer will see.
• Own three crews (music, productivity, tutors); set priorities, trade-offs, and ship plans.
• Run the crews as a product: define quality bars for day one, coordinate with agent managers, and decide when to ship.
• Define and track key metrics: activation, trial conversion, retention, and free-to-paid conversion.
• Translate partner requirements into a cohesive product plan without forking the product.
