Job Summary: The Medical Assistant/X-Ray or Radiology Tech greets patients, manages patient files, and supports medical staff in delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients promptly and courteously.
• Communicate wait times and treatment steps effectively.
• Address patient concerns and escalate in emergencies.
• Follow up on lab and x-ray results promptly.
• Assist with patient transfers and procedures under supervision.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Maintain equipment and documentation accurately.
• Adhere to infection control and confidentiality policies.
• Perform phlebotomy, injections, and other procedures as trained.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent.
• Valid State X-Ray License.
• BLS Certification.
