Job summary

Disneyland Resort is seeking an Arrival Coordinator to deliver world-class service to guests arriving and departing at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa. You will guide guests from the front drive with Valet to the lobby and onto Front Desk Cast Members in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Guest Services Bell & Valet Manager. This part-time role offers opportunities to engage with multiple resort teams and uphold Disney's high service standards.

Qualifications

• Part-Time Cast Members must be available to work any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid CA Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible/adaptable to a variety of shifts including AM/PM weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest service skills in fast-paced environments with guest recovery ability.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Self-directed to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to influence peers and partners to maintain a seamless arrival/departure experience.

Responsibilities

• Share detailed information with guests and Cast Members and assist with directions and event info.
• Proactively engage guests with personalized service and anticipate needs to leave a lasting impression.
• Coordinate arrival/departure by communicating with Valet, Bell, Front Desk, Concierge, VIP coordinators and more.
• Maintain performance in guest service, safety, efficiency and quality standards.
• Represent the Disney brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity in every interaction.
