Qualifications

• Part-Time Cast Members must be available to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as ability to work more than three days per week.
• Valid CA Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible/adaptable shifts (AM/PM/weekends/holidays).
• Strong guest service skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Share detailed information with guests and Cast Members by answering questions related to the hotel and Resort, providing directions, sharing event information, and assisting with other services to help create a magical experience.
• Proactively engage guests with personalized service and anticipate their needs to leave a lasting impression.
• Coordinate arrival/departure experiences by communicating with Valet, Bell, Front Desk, Concierge, VIP coordinators, and other teams.
• Maintain performance in guest service, safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Represent the Disney brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
