Job summary

Constellation seeks a SOC Operator in Baltimore, MD to support its CSOC, protecting critical infrastructure, assets, and personnel. You will monitor physical security systems, respond to alarms and incidents, coordinate emergency response, and maintain accurate security documentation.

This on-site role operates on a 24/7 schedule with a contract length through June 2027 and potential extension or transition to hire.

Qualifications

• AA degree or HS diploma with 2 years security/IT experience.
• Ability to respond rapidly to life-safety and security incidents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and remediate intrusion alarms and security events.
• Answer, prioritize, and respond to emergency and routine security calls.
• Dispatch law enforcement and first responders when required.
• Manage site entry/exit and intrusion-system disarm events.
• Prepare incident reports, notifications, and shift logs.
• Perform system checks, video tours, and forensic reviews.
• Create service requests for security-system repairs and validate maintenance.
• Follow CSOC policies and regulatory procedures.
