Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Washington seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based clinic. You will work in a PCMH model with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care.

The role requires WA ARNP licensure, prescriptive authority, and broad primary care experience. We offer relocation assistance and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• ARNP program graduate is required.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in WA is required.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington is required.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting is required.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patients' health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity: 3,400 encounters per year (FT).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and plans before execution to patients.
• Participate in quality management, peer review and development.
• Support clinical education of student nurse practitioners.
• Maintain annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
