KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization.

This full-time role operates within a Patient Centered Medical Home model, collaborating with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care. You will perform advanced assessments, develop teaching plans, ensure timely documentation, and coordinate care while maintaining high-quality population health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington state.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington state.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic settings.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients' health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnoses and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity: 3,400 encounters per year full-time.
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel-specific health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Advocate for patients by explaining procedures and plans.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and practice development.
• Support clinical education of students and other health professionals.
• Maintain all required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
