KLA Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization operating within the PCMH model.

The ARNP will collaborate with physicians, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care across a diverse patient population. The role emphasizes advanced clinical assessment, teaching plans, and care coordination, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment in patient care decisions based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48-hour timeline (95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity: minimum 3,400 encounters per year (full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Advocate for patients by explaining procedures and plans.
• Participate in quality management and departmental practice development.
• Support clinical education of student nurse practitioners.
• Maintain all required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
