Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) sought to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization committed to team-based care. This role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model and collaborates closely with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across a diverse patient population.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Strong knowledge of nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.

Mansioni

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patient health.
• Provide independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48-hour timeline (95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with proper diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters/year, FT).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of PCMH.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients on self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients before execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and practice development.
• Support clinical education of students and staff.
• Maintain all required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
