Job summary

KingRecruitingServices seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based clinic in Washington. This role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model and collaborates with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care.

You will perform advanced clinical assessments, manage illnesses, document accurately, meet productivity targets, and provide care coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate ARNP program completed and active licensure.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington state.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patient health.
• Maintain timely chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel-specific health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Support education of other health professionals including students.
