Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization operating within the Patient Centered Medical Home model.

The role focuses on collaboration with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across a diverse patient population in Washington state.

Qualifications

• ARNP program graduate required.
• Currently licensed as RN and ARNP in WA.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington State required.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting preferred.
• Minor surgical techniques experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48-hour timeline, 95% of the time.
• Meet productivity expectations (3,400 encounters/year, full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Discharge planning and patient self-management education.
