Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join a patient-centered team. This permanent, full-time role operates in a community-based setting, collaborating with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff within a PCMH model.

The ideal candidate will hold WA RN/ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority and have broad primary care clinic experience, including a focus on teaching patients and coordinating care. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patients in achieving optimal health.
• Maintain chart documentation with a 48-hour turnaround and high accuracy.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles within the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor population health.
