Management Performance Associates is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-centered, community-based clinic in Washington. The ARNP will work within the Patient Centered Medical Home model, collaborating with physicians, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive primary care.

Qualifications

• ARNP program completion (required)
• Current WA RN and ARNP licensure (required)
• Prescriptive authority from WA (required)
• Experience in broad primary care setting (required)

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nurses on patient care management
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient self-management
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence to guide care
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% of the time)
• Complete accurate diagnosis and procedure coding on fee slips
• Meet productivity expectations (≥3,400 encounters/year full-time)
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor population health
• Explain procedures and plans to patients prior to execution
• Participate in quality management and department practice development
• Support education of students and junior clinicians
• Maintain mandatory annual trainings (HIPAA, diversity, BBP, harassment)
