Ashton North LLC is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization in Washington. The ARNP will work within the Patient Centered Medical Home model, collaborating with physicians, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• ARNP program graduate required.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington state required.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington state required.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting required.
• Minor surgical techniques experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nurses on care plans.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Make care decisions using evidence-based data.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% accuracy).
• Complete fee slips with accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity: at least 3,400 encounters per year (FT).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles within the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients before execution.
• Participate in quality management and peer review.
• Support clinical education of students and staff.
• Maintain required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Harassment).
