Job summary

Essenti Talent is partnering with a community-based healthcare organization in Washington to recruit an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). This permanent, full-time role operates in a Patient Centered Medical Home model, collaborating closely with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care.

The ARNP will perform advanced assessments, develop teaching plans, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48-hour timeline, 95% of the time).
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year, full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles within the PCMH model.
