Job summary

A defense contractor seeks a Simulation Training Instructor/Operator to support Army National Guard training programs. The role involves providing operational training, ensuring systems readiness, and assisting in logistical support nationwide. Required qualifications include 3+ years of experience in Training Aids and Devices. Candidates must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET Clearance. This is a full-time position based at Fort Knox, KY, with some travel involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Experience in employing Armor and Infantry TADSS in live training.
• Personnel must have technical knowledge of TC-20.31.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training.
• Ensure training systems are operational before classes.
• Assist with coordination of system development and fielding.
