Job summary

A military training support company is seeking a Simulation Training Instructor/Operator in Washington, USA. This full-time role involves providing simulation and gunnery training for Army National Guard units and supporting logistics across multiple locations in the U.S. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in training, knowledge of TADSS systems, and a willingness to travel. Additional qualifications such as instructor experience and technical licensure are desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Personnel must be experienced as an instructor/staff/cadre member.
• Experience in employing TADSS in live training for military elements.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training including various systems.
• Perform logistical support throughout the United States.
• Assist in coordination of system development and fielding.
