Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Experienced as an instructor/staff/cadre member.
• Technical knowledge of TC‑20.31.
• Experience operating various TADSS including EST and MILES.
• Valid licensing for operation of Government vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training.
• Conduct operator training and certification.
• Assist with TADSS planning and execution.
• Conduct research on training strategies.
• Monitor the operational readiness of training systems.

Skills

Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS

Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member

Technical knowledge of TC‑20.31

Experience with EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES

Valid licensing to operate Government vehicles
