Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of experience with Army TAP in career counseling or related field.
• Experience coordinating schedules, personnel and customer-facing operations.
• Ability to monitor performance and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Serve as principal contractor point of contact for Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, and Capstone activities.
• Ensure services align with curriculum, Army policies, and quality standards.
• Supervise counselors and liaison personnel; manage workload and training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, data entry, and site reporting requirements.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership.
• Resolve site-level issues including facilities, access, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, CAC/badge processes, and knowledge transfer.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
