Job summary

CALIBRE Systems Inc. seeks a Contract Installation Manager to lead Army TAP operations at Fort Campbell. You will oversee the TAP Center, staff, scheduling, and service delivery, coordinating with Government personnel and local stakeholders to ensure high-quality transitions for Soldiers.

The role emphasizes compliance with Army policies, capstone requirements, and performance-based contract delivery, guiding counselors and supporting workshops and counseling services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Army TAP or related career counseling or workforce development field.
• Experience coordinating schedules, personnel, and stakeholder activities.
• Experience with program execution, service delivery, and operational management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing, scheduling, facilities, and service delivery.
• Serve as the principal contractor point of contact for Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, and transition services for Soldiers.
• Ensure services align with curriculum, policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise counselors, manage workloads, and monitor training compliance.
• Track attendance, appointments, data entry, and site reporting.
• Provide weekly updates to Regional Leadership on accomplishments and risks.
• Address site-level issues with facilities, equipment, and access.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC/badging, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties as needed.
